This session will contain:
Guided deep relaxation/Yoga Nidra
Gentle movements to release tension, stiffness and discomfort in neck, shoulders, back and hips.
Breathing exercises/Pranayama
Inspirational readings & visualisation
The importance of self-care & self-compassion during difficult times.
What you will need:
- A yoga mat
- Yoga bolster or large pillows/cushions
- Yoga blocks (if you have any)
- A large towel or blanket
- Soft and comfortable clothing
- A place where you will be undisturbed
