This session will contain:
  • Guided deep relaxation/Yoga Nidra
  • Gentle movements to release tension, stiffness and discomfort in neck, shoulders, back and hips.
  • Breathing exercises/Pranayama
  • Inspirational readings & visualisation
  • The importance of self-care & self-compassion during difficult times.
What you will need:
  • A yoga mat
  • Yoga bolster or large pillows/cushions
  • Yoga blocks (if you have any)
  •  A large towel or blanket
  • Soft and comfortable clothing
  • A place where you will be undisturbed
